Hospital itself was always kind, responsive, and caring to my dog. That is the reason they get any stars. The cooperate structure and billing, however, were absolutely maddening and unprofessional. The credit card for my wellness plan expired, so payments were missed for 5 months. In the madness that is life I did not notice. Turns out they were using a 3 year old address, so I was never notified of the situation.
