The Wellness Program at Banfield is bogus, and only adds to Banfield Corporation’s bottom line; making Money is their only objective! A pet parent is inextricably tied to the program no matter what the circumstances may be. I was charged for an entire additional year,$555.00, because I wanted to get my pet’s meds from Chewy. Do not get taken into this program.
