They used to be great when I got my first dog a couple years ago. We loved them, very kind all the time. I have now have another dog and 3 cats on a plan. I was just there this weekend. I overheard someone at the front desk telling another customer. they are no longer giving vaccines on weekends, which they didn’t plan on telling me. I had to ask to find that out. Only reason I put 4 stars is that some days they can be running a bit behind. This of course could be due to more complex cases earlier in the day, but also there are just generally more cases because they're understaffed at this location and overworked. The staff are friendly and helpful and the vets in particular seem to really care. They have great bedside manner and are quite personable. Severely understaffed. Charging MORE because they are understaffed and they told us that explicitly to our face with an attitude. How are you gonna charge extra to people because you’re understaffed when for YEARS the prices have always remained the same. They go through staff like nothing. The older staff were excellent but this new staff disgust me.
