I'm so very disappointed! I have never been treated so bad in my life. The first visit I made took three hours for routine checkups and shots. The staff took my dog to the back to give him shots. This is the first time in any Banfield that they took my dog from me to do his shots in the back. When he came back you could tell right away someone or something happened to him. Not thinking about it the nurse came in and recommended when he comes for his follow up to give him some drugs to calm him down. My dog was just a little ... read more

Words cannot express how grateful I am to Banfield for taking such great care of my grand puppy Pisces throughout the years. Every employee that we had dealt with throughout these years have always been so thoughtful and kind. Unfortunately at the end of March we found out Pisces was very sick and the compassion that we received from Doctor Collette and the staff was just unbelievable. Thank you so much to all of the staff, you will forever have a place in my heart.
