The fact you have to continue paying for a plan after your pet dies is ridiculous. If nothing else, make sure to make it very clear to people upfront. Had I known this I would have never signed up in the first place. Also, not worth the cost. I still had to pay money every time I went to an appointment. They love adding in those extra costs. Excellent in care Excellent. The staff and the doctors there offer the best service. They are excellent with our cat as well as any animal that walks in the place. Can't find a greater place to take a furbaby!
5-10 years ago I would have recommended them. Unfortunately now, service is terrible. I cant get through to set up an appointment on the phone or website. my dogs havent been in since December and one needs a cytopoint shot every month. so that's 4 months I've paid now with no service. I'm about ready to just cancel my wellness plans and go somewhere else where my dogs wont see a different vet every visit, if they can even get a visit.
I used to swear by them. They used to be a such a great clinic. Over the span of last year they changed. I’m not sure if it’s because of VCA affiliation or what. Their scheduling is terrible and they always want to kennel my dog, even when he needed only a few vaccines. They rescheduled me 5 times on 3 different days. Not professional at all, they can careless about anyone's fur babies. then you wanted to argue with a customer about not getting there on time. However mh friend was in contact with them several times giving updates, and verifying different options etc.. Yet they wanted to say well your last called at 602pm. my team clocked out at 603pm. ummm really cause they were gone before that, and they were well aware of a fur babie in route to be dropped off. such a joke

This started out as a very promising clinic, and turned into the absolute worst nightmare of our life. Yesterday 2/15/21 my best friend called me hysterical because her otherwise perfectly healthy 3 year old Rottweiler suddenly and unexpectedly passed away while she was out running errands for about an hour.
