My baby went in for rabies vaccine and shots. Took 11 hours. Waited for 1 hour and 20 minutes to get him. Was told by the person in charge he was done earlier but because of emergencies my baby was pushed to the side. I had to demand that they return my baby. My baby needed medicine but no one cared about him or the fact I was waiting. Love Dr. Tanner, but unfortunately we saw Dr. Taylor who did not have time to discuss my baby's health. Rude and extremely unprofessional.
MY DOG DIED IN MY DAUGHTER'S ARMS WHILE SHE, MY DAUGHTER, WAS FIGHTING CANCER. AFTER YEARS OF TREATMENT HE WAS MISDIAGNOSED BY BANFIELD. MANY UNNECESSARY TESTS TO NO AVAIL. PET SMART DEMANDED THAT I STILL PAY FOR THE REMAINING 7 MONTHS ON MY "WELL-CARE" PLAN. WHEN I DIDN'T THEY RUINED MY CREDIT!
Do not ever go here. All I can say is thank God our dog was dying because the lack of front staff giving a crap and vets that are evidently severely behind he would've died waiting for treatment. We left pissed off and I will gladly tell everyone I know how horrible you are
Apparently instead of offering to help an animal, they'd rather it die.
We have been seeing Dr. Tanner and team since we moved here in May 2011. He has always given my babies the best care and treated all of us with such respect. He listens and teaches as a good doctor should. Definitely one thing I am going to miss after we move back to Michigan. Thank you Dr. Tanner and team for loving my babies almost as much as I do!
Expensive as hell. And they get mad at you for thinking it's expensive as hell.
