I’ve always been skeptical of Banfield clinics and today’s experience confirmed everything I thought.I called to schedule an appointment for my dog because of a scab on her neck and to get updated vaccines. I explained 3 times that she gets anxious at the vet and suggested a muzzle before I dropped her off. 4 hours go by and I don’t get a response. Just recently switched to Banfield Creedmoor Rd. When we found out Dr. Jordan worked there. She treated our pets for years at a private practice. We have five dogs, and our recent beagle rescue, Lily was diagnosed with heartworms. Dr. Jordan went above and beyond during her treatment. I brought my senior pup to Banfield Creedmoor Road location yesterday and just had to praise the patient, professional and sweet young lady who works there with the name of Alicia. She taught me how to give my pup her monthly vitamin B-12 shot and she cleared up when my 2 girls were due for their comprehensive appts and their dental appts. She is truly an asset to an already great location. Thank you, Alicia!

Do not go to this location!! There are multiple other locations within a few miles of this one that won't charge you for half of the stuff this location does! There's a girl at the front desk named Brionna that I just called corporate about because I have NEVER received worse customer service.
