Banfield corporate is horrible.
They don't care about the customer at all. I've taken my. 2 dog's to this location until recently. My dog got a cut on her leg and it was $201 for everything which is fine. The sutures came out in less than 24 hours and they wanted to recharge me $180 WTF I work in dental care and if we do work on you and the crown breaks or filling chips, we redo it at no charge to you. This place is a rip off.
Staff is kind... they get a 5 Dr. Diagnosis & treatment... Yikes!! We gave them several “oops” that we overlooked... This last visit our dog was given a steroid for his eye that made his eye worse... when we took him to a “real” vet they told us he had an ulcer on his eye and the steroid they gave us was making his eye worse & we were given incorrect rx for treatment. There is more... they wanted to pull teeth that over year are still there and nothing wrong, after surgery continued to refer to our dog as SHE when it was obv... read more
Great staff. Not packed like the Banfield in PetSmart at Brier Creek.
The staff at the Banfield Hospital on Strickland have to be some of the best in Raleigh. They are always nice and greet my dog by name when we arrive. The staff is also cautious about cost savings with a high amount of pet care. Most recommended!
Amazing!!!!!!!!! Top hospital, top notch care!!!! They don't treat your pets as strangers but as children and by the time your first visit is over... your babies are their babies.... trust me you will never be disappointed with this hospital!
