I have paid $400 per year per pet for my pets annual care, I signed my pet up on a wellness plan and all of his shots and bloodwork and even a teeth cleaning is covered. The doctors there finally fixed my pets skin problem that I had spent thousands on at another vet and they never figured out. Recently after getting my first dog, I called just about every vet in the area to find the best one for me and puppy. I came across Banfield and I was immediately impressed. Everyone is so nice and helpful, and I truly feel comfortable leaving my puppy with them. It's so great to be able to drop him off in the morning and then go run my errands while they treat him. Open 7 days a week, affordable health care plans, convenient drop off and pick up, what more can you ask for, I cannot believe I ever went to any other vet. While my pet is getting her checkup I can get my shopping done at target and also pick up everything i need in petsmart. If I have something else to do I can drop my pet off and she is ready by the end of the day. Emergency on Sunday- no worries this vet is open!
I have been to several Vets over the last couple of years and even a different Banfield, this is proof that all are not the same. Dr. Fenel and her staff truly care about pets, and they actaually take time to answer questions. The doctor actually helped me while I was shopping in Pet Smart. I will never go to another vet again as long as this one is open I will always take my pets to Banfield in Concord.
