Love that your staff takes such great care of our CHATTY. We have been coming ever sense we adopted her after someone threw her out of their moving car, fortunately the next car stopped, took her to vet hospital where she was taken care of for several months and the put her up for adoption. That was four years ago' She has finally decided we will no ever hurt her. We love her.
No one ever answers the phone, I’ve called around 20 times so I finally took the 30 minute drive there and was told they are now doing mainly text communication. Would’ve been great to know.
Banfield app poor information, just shown bill, can’t find any detail information or summary from doctor, also when make appointment only show drop off, it’s critical to face doctor and go over symptoms of my dog
Great staff Dr Huertl and Dr Tantis are exceptional doctors and caring about their patients
