Great staff Dr Huertl and Dr Tantis are exceptional doctors and caring about their patients
Could not have been more disappointing, unprofessional, and disorganized From the first visit the staff didn’t listen, didn’t act truly proactively, or fully complete the circle of communication. Upon follow up visits information was relayed that was incorrect, incomplete, and somewhat dismissive Records online were not kept, tests not updated, labs not posted. Best pet care ever! You know the service is great when the pets, 4 dogs, get excited when they have to go. The staff is friendly and caring.
We’ve been going to Banfield for years. Our pup, Miah, is now 9, and after yesterday, we won’t be returning. A couple weeks ago, we brought her in for a blood-filled cyst on her tail. We were told to use a cream and come back if it popped. Well, the other night when I got home from work, it burst. We stayed up all night making sure she didn’t lick it because we were terrified of infection and could tell she was in pain.
