Owners incompetent and unprofessional If you value competence and professionalism - go elsewhere. Dr. Isaacson and her husband, Jerry Holcomb are the owners of this franchise. Dr. Isaacson did not listen to me and was incompetent in her diagnosis of my dog to where it almost cost my Dobe her life. I had to take her to an emergency vet and spend thousands more dollars had Dr. Isaacson diagnose my dog properly and listen to me in the first place. TERRIBLE!!! If I could leave 0 stars I would! The vet tech was nice, but didnt listen to me at all! I have a Rottie who gets very antsy and somewhat uncontrollable when he cant see me. I told the vet and the tech that he couldnt be taken in the back to get his shots, and suggested a way that has always worked for me in the past. They didnt listen to me at all!! nope I would look to another veterinary clinic if I were you. There are better one's than Banfield. Novi Veterinary clinic is a better spot and has a really friendly staff.

Thanks to them . . . They were great. I had a very sick cat and because of them she is still with me today. They went out of their way to help us out, and I am very appreciative.

Terrible customer service I feel the same as the others about this location. My experience was they were all about money and do not really care for animals. One technician was pleasant but most I found were rude and the vet does not come off as a very warm animal loving person. My cat is terrified when I take her there if can even get in the carrier to go there.

There are better ones in the area Staff is nice, place is very clean. I had a good first visit, with the vet in the room with me during the exam of my dog. But, the second visit was just bad. The vet never showed his/her face. Rather than come into the exam room with us, the staff took my dog into a second exam room to see the vet, then brought him back into my exam room and relayed the vet's findings to me. Banfield Pet Hospital This business has terrible customer service. Only one vet who doesn't even seem to like the animals and the tech was very rude. They charged me $275 for my puppy's 2nd set of shots, because I wanted to cancel the yearly membership (after only 3 days!) Find a vet who cares!
