Shortly after leaving, 0 called the hospital. I answered the call to help the front desk, and 0 had me on a 3 way call with OWP relations associate from corporate. The owner shared that she "came in for an appt and was told by associates that she could be seen in a room with both pets" She said Dr. Tarah told her this 6 months ago and the gentleman that talked to her to schedule also confirmed they were in- room appts. they are not Pet Friendly at all. Just want your money and dont care how they get it.

The staff at the Banfield Pet Hospital in Roanoke are all so kind and respectful. We have always been able to make an appointment that easily fits our schedule. The facilities are clean. Highly recommend.
