Go to Banfield if you want to be ripped off. When we first came to Fredericksburg, we went to Banfield for our boosters etc. because we didn't know a vet. They are fine for that. Our old dog developed a hematoma on her anus, and we were advised by Banfield to run umpteen tests and to operate to remove it. When we asked whether it was cancerous or was hurting her, they said no, but that they just felt it was best to remove it.
