I took my pet to Banfield to get an exam, rabies shot and a medical grooming. When I made the appointment they said they could do still do everything at that time. They got a 1/4 if the way through the shave and decided he needed to be medicated and said he would have to come back. I never met with the vet during the exam and they were unprepared, rude and didn't have a clue why I was there when I came in for the appointment. I would NOT recommend them to anyone!!
