The most irresponsible and unresponsive place I've ever been and to trust to have my baby dug in their hand. I was there 6 weeks ago, the Dr. prescribed a medication, 7 days later I called in in regard the allergy reaction to the medication. Someone said will call me back the same day or the next day, i received a call 10 days later, doctor saying I was not available to call, she said she will order different medication to pharmacy and today is the day 15, I haven't seen anything from them to my pharmacy. I have been paying for the plan for two dogs for over 3 years, and it has been two months since I made an appointment and they canceled and rescheduled, making excuses, even within the establishment, to not see me. I always make an appointment in advance and whenever I take my dogs to the unit they always treat me badly and invent a thousand things to not see me. Vets here actually care. Dr. Tran was great with my cat.
Always love coming here!! They are more than thorough with your pets. It’s not a rush through process like I’ve experienced before elsewhere. My dog has SEVERE anxiety when going to the vet and they really take good care of him, and I so appreciate that!!! At times he is NOT really a nice dog...They really care there 💗💗
