The most irresponsible and unresponsive place I've ever been and to trust to have my baby dug in their hand. I was there 6 weeks ago, the Dr. prescribed a medication, 7 days later I called in in regard the allergy reaction to the medication. Someone said will call me back the same day or the next day, i received a call 10 days later, doctor saying I was not available to call, she said she will order different medication to pharmacy and today is the day 15, I haven't seen anything from them to my pharmacy. I have been paying for the plan for two dogs for over 3 years, and it has been two months since I made an appointment and they canceled and rescheduled, making excuses, even within the establishment, to not see me. I always make an appointment in advance and whenever I take my dogs to the unit they always treat me badly and invent a thousand things to not see me.
