I have been with Banfield for 13 years and find everyone helpful and pleasant. I am most happy right now with my babies current care provider. Dr. Boucher is kind, caring, gentle and compassionate.
Do not make the mistake I did of coming here. It’s been 3 months since I’ve been and I’m still billed monthly for things that never happened. Please do not come here, these people just want your money and do not care about your animal.
