We went here for identity-verification in preparation to travel overseas - a process that should have taken a couple of days total. The vet's mistakes with the paperwork and poor communication directly caused a *three-week delay* to our travel plans. However, the vet was apologetic and everyone working there was very pleasant.
I had to put my dog down recently after over a decade with her. Banfield squeezed us in when I told them she really wasn’t doing well and Dr. Rios clearly did not mind whatsoever that she had ended up with an extra appointment that day. They made that whole thing just a tad easier and Dr. Rios was very comforting during the procedure. In addition, Dr. Boucher is also amazing, honest, and a delicately straightforward veterinarian.
