Been with Banfield for years with our dog. There were fraudulent charges on my credit card so we cancelled it. Didn't realize Banfield was a standard charge that hit the card. Banfield did not call us, email us, tell us there was a problem at the clinic, nor send information to us by mail. They sent our plan charges to collections. They would not reinstate the plan even after we were willing to pay. We do not have delinquent accounts with anyone and have excellent credit. They refused to work with us in any way.
