Terrible, Terrible We had been going to Banfield for years. As the economy worsened so did their services. First they dropped their special Tuesdays and Thursdays. These were the days when you could bring your pet in for simple services with no office fee paying only for the supplies. Next we noticed the vets were trying to get our pets to come in for extra visits. visits that weren't needed. friendly staff I have never had any trouble with the current staff here. They are very caring. My dogs have been going there for over 12 years. There have been staff changes that have hapened for the better but it's been a few years ago. I have no problem taking my pets to this facility.

My Pups are Loved here! Larpenteur animal hospital is the only place I will ever take my dogs. I trust them, they are sterile and gentle and honest pet lovers. They always fit me in, even in the last minute, which helps alot. I could not ask for more from people who are taking care of my animals. They are the best in the business.

Very disappointed in this Vet I believed that my 3 year old female cat had an urinary infections or possibly bladder stones. Banfield did an xray and determined that she did have bladder stones. They indicated that they could try antibiotics and change her food rather than $1600.00 surgery to remove the stones. Long story, after $1,000 for xrays, repeated office visits, repeated antibiotics she was no better. Every office visit I saw a different vet and got a slightly different story. Chronic Fees Have been to two Banfield locations. Cleaned out my pockets both times. Vet said my dog had a problem common in small dogs where the knees pop in and out and then SHOWED ME by popping my dogs joint in and out!!! She's 3. Has never had problems w/ her knees. He said start saving the $3,000.00 I will need for her knee surgery. I'm on disability. I can't save $5. Why do they take your dog to the back to treat and then bring your dog back to you? LOve Banfield hate this one. My dog has gone to banfield since she was a pup and I have always had a good time, nice staff, nice vets, get me in and out and they really do care about your pet. The first and only time i went this one in fort myers was horrible. I waited forever for someone to even come to the front desk even tho i had an appointment, i then waited again for a room. When i did get in my un-swept,smelly, dirty what seemed to be a 4 feet by 5 feet room i waited once more for a full fifty minutes with out anyone ... read more

They are pros that really care I have been very happy with the treatment that the Chandler Blvd Banifield has provided for my dog over the past several years. The vets and the staff are professional and they really care about the pets they care for. The vet techs know how to put my dog at ease in what would normally be a stressful situation for a dog, even during the dreaded temperature taking that is a requisite part of every visit.
