GREAT VET! I think Dr. Pinkerton is a very knowledgeable, professional, and capable vet, and I have complete trust in her abilities and care. My dogs have been in her care for the last 4 years, and I have no intentions of taking them elsewhere. Her staff has also been very professional.
Terrible Service Called them to find out whether my cat had an eye emergency, had to give them all of my personal information before I could even ask questions. The person I spoke with had no veterinary knowledge, so I was told to wait about 10 minutes for the vet to call me back. An hour later, still no phone call. I called back and spoke with another person, who told me that because they closed in an 30 minutes I could try and bring the cat in but there was no guarantee. Wrongful Prescription We adopted a beautiful and sweet kitten from a shelter recently. She was just six weeks old and like quite a few kittens, came down with an upper respiratory infection. Trying to be good pet parents, we made an appointment for the next day at Banfield. In addition to the antibiotic for the URI, the vet gave us two different sorts of flea/mite medication.
