I took my dog Seymour to get a exam and shots. I interacted with the vet for less than 5 mins total. When I went to check out the lady was unsure whether or not I had a 1 yr or a 3 yr rabies shot. I felt like I went to the fast food of pet care. After I heard from the people corporate I decided that Banfield is not for me. I want more personal service, more concern for my dog's welfare, and basically a locally owned - operated hospital is in my dogs best interest.
