My son took his dog here for vomiting and lethargy. He paid hundreds of dollars and was told it wasnt an obstruction. They sent them home with antibiotics for a tick borne illness. A few days later symptoms still existed so they went to another vet and was told within minutes that there was an obstruction and immediate surgery would be required. RecommendedThe staff is amazing and you can really tell they love their job. They aren't just there for a paycheck. They have treated Lexi with such kindness and respect. I love this place They are fast and efficient. Every time I have called I have been able to speak to a live person and not a machine. Their communication is exceptional.
It was a good experience my younger dog was afraid but they did good with her and got all her stuff done my older dog was fine had no issues with them and they were all Caring friendly and very very helpful
I started going to Banfield as opposed to my regular vet because they were open on a Sunday to deal with bite wounds. I brought My dogs back because of the savings of the monthly packages. Just this past week my healthy five year old dog declined very rapidly. Not only did they immediately care for her, but the vet instantly diagnosed her uncommon disease, saved her life with meds, and then SAVED me money by suggesting a new plan.
