SOME doctor's will ask clients for more tests even tho its unnecessary (some times..) and Plan and office visits went up. Also..they DO NOT drug tests employees when hired (I wasn't and no one I worked w was..). It was apparent when I worked there. I worked laps around them and cared for each patient. I walked in on Annie Yerkey SLEEPING since she clocked in (7am..until me and another employee got there at 8am). She said "sorry, I'm just SO tired". Always easy to work with and everyone seems to really care about my fur babies. The doctors are always very nice and personable and explain things, like when they caught that my cat had thyroid issues or caught my dog's urinary infection early enough that it was easy to treat. It's good knowing they'll moniter and make sure they are healthy so that I dont have to worry about a surprise health scare and need to go an ER vet for more urgent stuff that Banfield, of course, doesn't specialize in. Go to a local reputable vet instead. These people will upsell and run useless tests and recommend useless services. I had a very bad experience.
I've been taking my 3 dogs to this Banfield for the last three years. I really like the Vets, vet techs and the counter Associates. I have two large dogs from one small dog and all 3 have serious anxieties about going to the vet. My large dogs can be hard to handle and the group of people at this location are great at handling all three of my dogs. They can keep them calm and they treat them like their own. I definitely would recommend this particular location.
