Horrible place! They don’t pay attention at all and even got my dog confused with another dog due to negligence. Will never bring my pet here again! Then the doctor tried and blamed their mess up on my husband because they can’t take responsibility for anything! If they got names confused, imagine what else they get confused behind the scenes! So scary!
The staff is wonderful! The doctors are very caring and professional. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Banfield.
