Everyone is super kind, informative and you can tell, really cares for your pets. My little one just got neutered and there was so much care for him and they kept me informed through the whole process.
I appreciate that this clinic is open on Sundays however I don't think that they do enough for pets and pet owners. They are not allowed by there corporate overseers to provide appropriate pain relief for sick pets and even though they have a sign that says urgent care animals are seen before routine care animals that is not the case. They are condescending if you question their advice or provide additional information from your own research. Very great care by all the staff. Highly recommend them. They care, enjoy there working and it shows.
How about worrying about the pet first, and selling your 'wellness plan' last? You've turned Vets into timeshare salespeople and when that fails, you send in the closer??!! Dr. Hively was awesome, and we don't blame her for the policies of Banfield regarding sales of their yearly plan.
