Took my cat in for exam 2 days ago. Was given estimate for dental 2 days later. Did dental today and they told me I had to pay another exam which seemed misleading. Went and picked him up, new receptionist that gave him to me and handed me a paper. Didn’t go over anything, didn’t tell me how he was or what to watch out for. Just here you go. I guess I was hoping for a little bit more info as the doctor calling said about one sentence. Just disappointed as other Banfields went above and beyond from previous animals. Not sure ... read more
They always do great job caring for my Chihuahuas which gives me comfort
Everyone here is so amazing with our petsk
I scheduled my cat for a nail trim, as well as his examination, and only the examination was performed. They also failed to administer any drugs to my cat, and my cat suffered as a consequence of this. I spoke with the clinic manager, who is very helpful and empathetic, but assured me that these were normal occurrences and I could expect them in the future. I would prefer to not take my cat to Banfield anymore.
