My 18 month old Australian Shepard was bitting and scratching her paws, eyes and mouth area. This went on nonstop for days with no relief. I took her to the Banfield Pet Hospital for care after receiving an appointment the very day I called. The vet doctor was so friendly and knowledgeable. She provided detailed information regarding allergies and bacterial infections that can occur during an allergic event. This vet did numerous expensive tests and misdiagnosed my dog leading to delayed treatment for the real issue. I beg pet owners to use an independent vet and not one that just wants to tag on expensive tests on top of a useless pet plan. Unfortunately I learned the hard way for me and my pet but I hope this will help others and their pets get better treatment somewhere else.
Very friendly staff, also very knowledgeable! Great monthly play that fits the budget for my puppy. Have used them for all my animals and have always had great service.
