This isn't our normal Banfield, but I'm highly impressed with them. We dropped our dog off due to some concerns we had, and they diagnosed him with Pancreatitis. They kept him all day to make sure he was getting the fluids and care he needed. When I went to pick him up that evening, I was greeted by an incredibly professional and friendly front desk employee. Dr. Samantha made me and my Cojack feel at ease before and after he had to have a mass removed from his eyelid.
Samantha took amazing care of my little furbaby and made me feel at ease before Lunchbox (furbaby) was taken off to get patched up! It made a really stressful day not feel all that bad at all. :)
