I will never go to Banfield on 72 and crown pointe again. They have cost me excessive money and time to attempt get my pups allergies fixed when their 144th location got it resolved in one appointment because they listened to my concerns. Imagine that.. The 72nd location insisted on me giving them one more chance to help with Rocky since the other location patched Aspen up with no problem. I have been going to the N 73rd location for the past 4+ years. I continuously get a different veterinarian that says they are aware of my Siberian Husky's conditions and medicine regimen, which I always find to be false. I really do not want to sit here and vent a novel, but honestly, a majority of their nurses/techs are unprofessional, not knowledgeable, lie about confirmations over the phone and in person about correspondence with a doctor, and write the wrong name and addresses on my prescription I've been getting for al... read more
I have 4 Aussies and we have been going to this location since 2009 and LOVE how our furbabies are treated by everyone at the clinic!
Greg you know I have loved this place for years but I am beginning to wonder what is going on? How many times do you have to call and get an answer for an appointment confirmation. I just got the fourth call to my cell but they were told yes the first time. Almost three weeks, two weeks, and a full week ahead is too far out to call to confirm an appointment.
