If you’re looking for a place that treats your pet like a commodity to charge then this is your place. They are the worst most uncaring corporate vet you could find. Avoid at all costs.
Banfield is more than a veterinary. It is a place that really cares about are pets.They are kind and thoughtful.
Glad to talk you into a payment plan for services for your pet. Then you make an appointment that they advised only to hit you with charges for hundreds of dollars after you show up at 7 AM. Lousy service. It'd be so easy to just be uo front about charges. Deceptive practices suck!
Rude & unprofessional staff. My dog had an emergency. The receptionist advised to come in within 20 minutes and we would be seen by the vet. Upon arrival, I was told this could be drop off only. Casey was extremely rude and disrespectful. Casey said if we did not do drop off then to “take that thing” somewhere else. Which I did and my dog received excellent care at Bridger Vet Specialists. Shame on you Casey!
