Everyone here is so sweet and I feel my pets are truly cared for and respected even if they’re a little scared they are patient and kind with both my younger pup and my older dog. I love that they are super thorough and feel my pets are in good hands here. I had to have a major surgery on my older dog and I felt reassured that I made the right choice having it done here.
Nice employees
When you need them...they may or may not be available. Banfield is having staffing issues and cutting back their normal hours. And when they randomly close, no notice is given to patients via email or text, via answering machine, or via signage. So if your pet has an emergency and you happen to have selected Banfield as your primary vet, you may be in for a surprise last-minute run-around - scrambling to call and drive all over town, trying to convince other vet offices that you do have a primary vet, they are just are MIA f... read more
