My dog was a patient at Forest Park Vets, which later came under the Banfield Pet Hospital umbrella, since he was 8 weeks old. He was diagnosed with Cancer by this office & as time went along & he became ill, I called about having to put him down & was told "we have no openings, but you're welcome to call in the morning to see if we received a cancellation." Took my new kitten here to try it out and I loved it! They were so great with my kitten and great about explaining things to me. We will be switching our other cat here as well. Update: we had to bring her back due to diarrhea and the vets and techs were so helpful in helping our kitty and helping us understand her diagnosis. They also helped us figure out our payment and were very understanding.
I did have a plan for our very loved Jada. She was always well taken care of by Dr Rogers and the staff. Our Jada had cancer so we did have a few surgeries and did still have to come out of pocket but even my own insurance i still have to come out of pocket...and cancer is not cheap. However Dr Rogers bundled things as much as she could. When Jada passed July 2nd we took her back there for them to come and cremate her. They took took her paw print on a card and Dr Rogers and staff all signed with wonderful words about our Ja... read more
I have had nothing but great experiences with Banefield! They know my dogs when they come in and give them personal attention. I was really late for an appointment and when I called they were understanding and still allowed me to bring my 2 dogs in. They even joked that Wilbur would have to stay longer so they could get their snuggles in!
They have a special place in their hearts for our babies and are amazing at what they do!!!
