DENTON, TX ZERO STARS Took my dog in for a teeth cleaning and routine check up. He came home with a fresh gash on his leg and no one said anything. I called to see what happened and they tried to gaslight me and say he came in with the gash. It is a straight cut with dried blood on it and fresh. It looks like a surgical cut. The wellness puppy program is a scam to get new pet owners to pay a monthly fee for one year but do not honor their appointments even weeks in advance and the manager calls and blames it on “technical errors” but it’s not it’s poor scheduling on staff part and not wanting to work as hard as they should.

Westwood Banfield is the worst, charges $1300 for X-rays and shots to my dog unnecessarily, 5 hours later I took my dog home the same and the next day when I called them and told them that my dog is sick they asked me to take him to Tufts hospital! It’s disccusting!!!!
