I don’t recommend these pools, spend your money on an activity, a nice drink in Banff or a hotel with hot pools instead! This is overrated. First, the attendant was unnecessarily rude and unwelcoming at the entrance. I contacted the Hot Pools directly concerning this and received no apology. The pool is nothing special, it’s more like a swimming pool. There are no views when you’re in the water. My locker didn’t work and the whole facility is tired looking and rundown.
