카운터 직원들이 싸가지가 없음. 굉장히 무례하다. 서비스 교육을 못받은 사람들 같음. 사물함 토큰을 우리만 받지 못해서 다시 요청할 수 밖에 없었고(미안하다곤 했지만 무미건조해서 진정성 없음) 수영복 반납시 직원이 따로 체크한다는 설명 분명히 없었는데, 수영복 반납통에 넣고 맡겨놓은 면허증 돌려달라니까 언제 넣었냐면서 “when” 딱 이 한마디 함 지금 넣었다고 말하니 자기는 본 적이 없다면서 퉁명스럽게 말함. 손님을 도둑년으로 몰고 가는 것 같이 행동하는게 기분 나빴음. 다시는 갈 일 없을 것이고, 내가 지금까지 만난 캐나다 사람들은 정말 친절했는데 그들은 아무래도 해당되지 않는 듯. 후기 보니까 내가 만났던 키작고 안경쓴 카운터 여자 직원 욕이 많던데 서비스직을 그만 두던가 교육을 다시 받으시길

It's a decent soak, but the water is chlorinated and the vibes are not super relaxing. They have a bunch of fluorescent floodlights on shining into the pool area so you can't even enjoy the stars outside which is part of the magic of soaking in a hotspring in the evening. It's an okay price but you get what you pay for... nothing to write home about and the pool capacity limit is much higher than it should be IMO. Not an intimate, spa like experience... you come for the soak which is nice, but it is loud with terrible music ... read more

We had a very pleasant experience visiting the hot springs pool. Buying tickets was fast and easy. We didn't need them but thought it was nice they had swim suits for rent. We did rent some towels. The locker rooms were very nice and clean. I liked that a locker rental was included with admission. We didn't stay long, maybe 30 to 40 mins at the pool. It was a warmer day and the water is quite warm. I wished it was a little cooler so we could have stayed longer, but if would have been cold outside it would have been really ni... read more
