As of Dec 2025, the rate is $15/hour! Was there for 3 hours on a Saturday night....total fee was $45. Very poorly lit, slippery stairs in the stair wells. Smelly. VERY NARROW parking spaces. I would rate this less than one star if that option was available. I will avoid the Banff Spring Hotel and their expensive services!
My mother is a wheel chair and we did not know this is not wheelchair friendly! The spots are narrow and you’re going to get scratches! And no elevators how are people supposed to get up and down, impossible for immobile people! It’s also a long walk to the check in and there’s no signs anywhere. Give this a 0/10
