My first session with Jacob was excellent. He is knowledgeable, professional, and personable. I very much look forward to working with him through my rehab.
I met with Ben at Banff sports medicine. His care was stellar. He was thorough, took time to work with me and gather the necessary details for the orthotic. In addition, he managed to alleviate pain in my foot and knee. Altogether a first rate experience in all ways.
What an amazing clinic:) This is round 2 for me but on my other knee and the facility is incredible. Doctor, physio, etc, all under one roof and all experts in their field. Looking at the all the provincial, national, and Olympic athletes pics and thank-you's that cover the walls should say it all!!
Very professional and knowledgeable! Felt completely at ease. I learned a lot and never felt rushed. All my questions were answered and everything was explained in detail. I'm so grateful for my physio appointment today with Aly.
Horrible drs and rude office staff. Dr Kopka didn't actually fix my knee how it should have been (of which I trusted I was going to be given proper diagnosis and procedure for the longer term) after surgery, and then when I came back with cancerns told me that I needed my femur cut in half and my leg realigned (at 35 as a professional athlete)!!!!!
