This was one of the best massages I’ve ever had. Her intuition and understanding of the body are exceptional. She found exactly where I was holding tension and worked with presence and care. I felt so much more grounded and relax. I highly recommend her. She is a gem.

came here for the first time last week and loved how helpful and sweet everyone was! i had tons of questions and not only did they all get answered, but they all got explanations. with lots of bad experiences (with other doctors and clinics) dealing with my injury that has taken almost 2 years to find a solution for, this place made me feel so incredibly comfortable and stress free! plus, who doesn’t love a great day trip. thank you to all the staff that made me feel super relieved and stress free when i left!
Was referred to this clinic after suffering a torn ACL. From my first visit to surgery to follow up recovery appointments - all went smoothly and professionally. Dr Kopka was my surgeon and she was exceptional in terms of being able to explain things clearly, calm nerves leading up to surgery and post-op care. Am grateful for such exceptional care during a very difficult time.
Had a great experience, my physiotherapist was Brooke Goodfellow she did an amazing job explaining every step of the recovery process for me and went above and beyond with treating me to be able to get back to doing what I love as quickly as possible. I would definitely recommend Banff sports medicine and specifically Brooke for any of your physio needs.
