I’ve been seeing Aly at Sports Med for over a year now for a variety of concerns, and I can’t recommend her enough. She always takes the time to listen, explain each step of the process, and make sure you feel comfortable and understood. I really appreciate the follow-up emails too as they make it so much easier to remember the exercises I’m supposed to be doing. Aly is friendly, approachable, and genuinely cares about her patients. Such a positive experience every visit!
I am very grateful to have found Shayne and to have had the opportunity to work with him throughout my rehabilitation following shoulder surgery. He are incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to really listen to all of my concerns instead of rushing through the appointment. He explains everything clearly and creates a treatment plans that are tailored to my needs. I appreciated how attentive, professional, and supportive he has been throughout the rehab and now prehab process.
From the moment of walking into Banff Sports Medicine - everyone was so kind and compassionate. The front desk and other ladies throughout - all amazing! Dr. Reed and Dr. Butchko are fantastic! I originally saw Dr. Reed after having recurrent shoulder dislocations. He was friendly with the perfect amount of bluntness. With an unstable shoulder he didn’t push me harder than I was willing to go which was really appreciated - and listening to the respect he had for his student both in and outside of the exam room was amazing.... read more
Dr Buckley was very thorough and explained everything to me so I could make good decisions on my care. Very attentive and easy to talk. The facility is fantastic and so handy to be able to get X-rays done right next door.
Aly is amazing! Pleasant ,positive, and so knowledgeable. Her explanations and demonsrations are clear and easy to understand. I look forward to her sessions and am already feeling stronger.
