I had booked an appointment for a slow leak, and noticed an oil leak before leaving for my appointment — as I had a big drive coming up, I was worried. The mechanic took the time to look under the hood with me and talked me through some possibilities before my appointment, and then checked for leaks during my appointment even though they were crazy busy on the weekend. I was travelling from Saskatoon to Radium and decided to rest at Banff area and noticed that my cv axle on my Tacoma was leaking bad. So I decided to google the nearest auto shop in the area and stumble across Banff Service/Napa auto centre (beside shell gas station) in Banff Town. Just started our holiday and had a puncture with our rental car. After numerous conversations with rental company we were advised to go to Banff Auto Services to see if they could repair it. They were fully booked but said they would try and fit us in when they could. They were able to do so but the tyre was unrepairable therefore we would have to call an emergency pickup from our rental company.
