🙌🏽 Professional service. Very responsible and organized.
We were staying in Banff in June 2026 and had a rental car. The tire pressure warning light came on the day before we were supposed to drive to the Columbia Icefields. Despite a very full schedule, staff at Banff Service said they could squeeze us in first thing in the morning. They dealt with our problem quickly, and we were able to continue our vacation without any problems. We really appreciated the flexibility and prompt service. Thanks!

If you are in Banff and broken down call this place right now . This wonderful little service station was definitely the very best part of breaking down in Banff . We lost our serpentine belt just after arriving in Banff in a Friday at 2 pm . Not knowing what to do we called a tow truck and was quoted 800 tow back to Calgary . We were pulled into the RCMP parking lot and it was hot . I called this little service station and it took me a couple times to get through. Yes they are buzy . We came from a traumatic highway scene,while pulling travel trailer ,involving tire,axle,bearing issues we didn't know.Went from 911,to Ama,Banff fire came out to assure there was no fire issue,even though one wheel smoking after stopping.This led to Shell Banff service on Banff Avenue.Had spoken to Sal ,the Boss,who said to bring it there .Very glad we did,explained everything about the trailer problem.
