We needed to catch a 6:45am flight so we booked a private van for 3:00am in Banff for our group of 10. It was snowing hard and hoped that the driver would show up a little earlier, and he did! The van pulled in front of our hotel at 2:40, and we were all packed and gone before 3:00. The driver was extremely helpful loading the van and did an outstanding job navigating through the storm to get us to the airport by 4:45. Easiest 5 stars ever!
We utilized Banff Airporter/Banff On Demand for both individual transports to and from the Calgary Airport (YYC) as well as private shuttles for a corporate retreat of approximately 30 individuals coming in at different times from different locations, so lots of moving parts. We had Banff Sedan provide our bridal party with transportation in Canmore on our wedding day. Our driver, Ja (Jason), was awesome. Always circled back to check on us, right on time, charter inside and out was very clean, and customer service from Heidi was phenomenal.
