I went in for day surgery for a shoulder repair yesterday (July 20,2026) and as any sane person, I was nervous going in. I quickly had the privilege of meeting the nurses. Nurse SHANNON was kind and very informative. She was friendly, and amazing at answering questions. Nurse CAROL was very welcoming and friendly. We are currently at emergency room, and only because the lady working here is so nice, helpful and kind, this is not a 1 star review. The lady on the phone line to register my son was rude, condescending, intolerant, upset, as if she was doing us a favour by taking our information so we can have our son look at by a doctor. Maybe her job is worst than being in the ER because your son needs medical attention.. we called at 3:30am, today Tuesday July 30th 2026.

We are grateful to the staff and the doctor who attended my son at the Banff Mineral Springs Hospital. We reached there yesterday as my son was experiencing extreme stomach pain and had threw up 5 times already. The staff took him in immediately, registration process was quick and efficient, and then a doctor arrived in no time to check my son. Everyone were working in tandem with each other and attended my son with utmost care. They made us comfortable as well. They ran various tests and then discharged him after every poss... read more
