Amazing service from the emergency department when a family member was air lifted from the mountain. He was intubated and stabilised and forwarded to Calgary. Also a shout out to the paramedic who was dropped onto the mountain. Everyone was so helpful, reassuring and friendly. Forever grateful
I had an exceptional experience at Banff - Mineral Springs. The staff were professional, and incredibly compassionate. The medical team Julie R.N., Dr. Szmigielski, Dr Keess and one Nurse whom I did not catch her name took the time to explain every step of my treatment and ensured I was comfortable throughout my stay. The facilities were clean, modern, and well-maintained. I highly recommend Banff-Mineral Springs for anyone seeking top-notch healthcare!
Best medical team but the support staff really take the cake. OVERALL a thumbs down.
Wanted to leave a review for the nurses at this hospital, more specifically Allie and Shannon. They were so amazing to me throughout my entire experience, and anybody who receives them as nurses is very lucky
