Dr Jeff plant is a pretty terrible physician. He won’t treat you for pain even if you’re in excruciating pain. Highly recommend avoiding this dr if you can. Nurses were great, hospital is super slow at everything. Canadian healthcare lives up to its reputation of slow and low quality. Edit: paid $2k Canadian for an X-ray! They tell me no fracture. I get home get an x ray and MRI looks like there is a fracture. Basically paid them to miss my fracture!

I had ACL surgery at this hospital. Every single person that we interacted with, from the person who checked us in to the anesthesiologist to the nursing staff to the surgeon, was AMAZING. everyone had such care and we were treated with extreme professionalism. It was incredible.

While skiing at Sunshine my daughter suffered a fracture. Thank-you to the amazing staff and dr Boone At Banff hospital who helped us out! She is incredible!

I want to give an absolute heartfelt shout out to the staff. I cannot thank them enough for ensuring my comfort, accommodating my requests, and being so supportive. I had my third procedure in the last few years, so obviously my anxieties were at an all-time high…The nurses, my anesthesiologist, and surgeon were all just such professionals and kind-hearted people intent on giving the best care possible. Thank you, thank you, thank you
