The two ladies that helped us were so sweet and amazing. Very caring and kind. They know their products and were super helpful. The metals and stones were really high quality, especially when compared to their neighbours. Bought three beautiful rings and will come back.
We purchased my gorgeous engagement /wedding rings here in April. We were married in September and early December, I noticed one of the tiny diamonds had fallen out of my ring. I contacted the store and they had me bring in the ring. They had to send it away to their supplier to be fixed. I was worried it could take weeks, maybe months. But, only one week later, they notified me that my ring was all fixed!! And then Cora personally delivered it to me!!! Excellent care and service!!
Would give it zero stars if I could. Terrible TERRIBLE customer service.
I would have given Zero stars if I had a choice. I would recommend not to go there, they are not at all good. Does not take care of their customers, the products are also very bad quality.
