Came in to buy a sweater and some shoes, the guy working there (Asian fellow) had no people skills or customer skills. Was not friendly. Didn't bother talking at all. Left the store empty handed. Try another branch.
Visiting the Harley Davidson stores has become a bit of thing whenever we visit any US or Canadian town. This is a lovely shop, with a great range of stock. Freindly staff, if you're a biker, you'll feel at home here.

worst customer service ever. i been every where harley davidson first time i encounter someone dont know how to be a people person. Dont even ask if i want a bag and she just hand me the shirt that i bought. And she say shes a HOG member??? seriously and thats how you treat a fellow member..
