I came to this dental clinic after visiting another one, because I was still feeling some discomfort while chewing and sensitivity in my teeth after treatment elsewhere. The doctor here redid a couple of my fillings and also treated another tooth that the previous clinic had told me was perfectly healthy and didn’t need any work. Rob, the front desk person, was quite rude. His coworker had mistakenly booked me for a check-up instead of a cleaning, and rather than acknowledging the mix-up, Rob seemed to dismiss her and put the blame on me. He just said, "Well, you booked for a check-up," without taking any accountability on behalf of the office or offering a simple apology for the confusion. They answer all my questions regarding my braces removal since I was going to pay a lot to have my braces removed but the dentist gave me a small price for the removal. and kudos to the front desk Rob who was very kind and all the staffs specially Dr. Ravindra and Dr. Krista
