Banff Service was GREAT! Tire repair (nail in the tread) was fixed/patched in less than an hour. Fair price. Best of all, friendly service. Kelly took care of us and dealt expertly with our dogs.

They are the most reliable and helpful people in Banff, Canada. We were camping for 3 days in Banff National Park and had a flat trailer tire. We literally called big shop in and around but as expected the waiting time would be 5 days as they were all busy. We drove around near tunnel mountain and found Banff Auto Services. the only place willing to go above and beyond services. They took us in on a short notice. Highly recommend this mechanic. I had a minor issue with a battery connection. Gave them a call in the morning, scheduled an appointment immediately, after about an hour the car was fixed. Fast and very friendly staff, they explained me what was the issue exactly.
Very quick and honest. Asked t to just remove my heatsheaild but still had a look at everything. Great costumer service and quality work. Thank you
