Anthony, Maya, and Joel made my friends and I's stay so homey, and comfortable while we were away in Banff. They were helpful, funny, kind and all around amazing guest liasons! My friend and I would absolutely stay at this hotel again as not only are the staff phenomenal but the location is close to all the things you need in the city!
Very disappointing breakfast service this morning (June 11, 2026) between 7:30-8:30 AM. A staff member cleared our table without asking while we were still finishing, and then another rudely told us to leave because of a line outside. We were never informed of a time limit and felt very rushed and unwelcome. Not a pleasant experience for guests.
I recently stayed at the Banff Aspen lodge for two nights with my wife. Although it started out fine, I had to deal with management about a situation regarding the housekeeping staff entering our room unauthorized. After the first night, I left the room early to go for breakfast and a walk. My wife did not sleep well the first night so I wanted her to be able to sleep in so I put out the Do Not Disturb sign.
