Great experience
I had an amazing stay at this place during my recent visit to Banff. It's in a very central part of Banff, with one of the bus stops being only a block away and the hotel being right on Banff Avenue. I noticed there were a lot of reviews complaining about the parking space here, but I think that problem has been resolved; it's definitely not the biggest parking space I've seen among other hotels in Banff, but I didn't have trouble finding parking at all when I drove in around 4PM on a very busy weekend. This is a beautiful place to stay! We’d like to express our gratitude to front desk staff Joel for his hospitality and amazing service, he helped to book ticket and tours for the must go spots like Gondola, Lake Minnewanka (wonderful beer cruise, highly recommended), Lake Louise & Moraine Lake (the number one lake in my heart) etc., with his enthusiastic and friendly attitude, he is one of the reason I will definitely choose Banff Aspen Lodge to stay again!
