Got injured on a hike while on vacation and walked in to this clinic for treatment. The best care I’ve ever received at any medical facility. Every staff member went above and beyond from the front desk to nurse to doctor and treated me with immense kindness. I wish I lived here so they could be my PCP.
I visited the clinic on Sunday morning, July 13th, and was initially very pleased that I was assisted just a few minutes after walking in. I was seen by a female doctor (MC), who diagnosed me with a cold sore simply by visual observation and prescribed me an antiviral pill and cream. I unfortunately needed to see a Doctor while on holiday and went for a walk in appointment at the Banff Alpine Medical Clinic. They were so helpful and cheerful. I waited less than an hour to be seen by one of the doctors who prescribed just what I needed which enabled me to enjoy the rest of my holiday. I could not praise them enough.
Got in very fast, very thorough conversation with the doctor. Much appreciated!
