We had water in our basement from a crack in our chimney. We had a trusted roofer who went out of business. Banes had replaced my son's roof a year ago and he referred us to them. We couldn't be happier with their service. Everybody is knowledgeable and eager to assist. The work was done while we were away and Banes kept us informed. While it was a small project -- seal and concrete cap for two chimneys-- Banes was thorough. No water in the basement!! We will definitely use Banes for all our roofing needs. I just had Banes replace my roof and they were wonderful. Their team is so kind and helpful and totally professional. The crew were extremely hard workers and it was such a cold windy day.
