Took our equipment in and took over 6 weeks to get it back - unfixed. Called the guy and he said that since it was out of season and I did not need it right away that he was working on all the other equipment first. Threatened to make me wait another 4 months till the season started. When I described the problem he even stated it was an easy quick fix when he decided he wanted to get around to it.
