I’ve gone to Elix several times for a bleach and tone with virgin black hair and he never disappoints. I came in after a year of not touching up my roots, with very long outgrowth, and he was able to lift my hair to a very light ash blonde without compromising the health of my hair. He also gave me a fresh trim to get rid of dead ends from bleaching sessions and a gorgeous Farrah Fawcett blowout! I’ll always go to Elix for my blonde dream needs!
