Staff was great, but billing/refund process has been a GINORMOUS pain in the rear. Paid $1525 out of pocket on 2/3 - found out on 4/16 that my insurance processed the claim on 3/1 and paid it in full, so called Bandy to ask about the refund - was told 7-14 days. Hadn't received anything 2 weeks later so called to follow up - no update, new request was submitted. I've since called to follow up a number of times - was told 5/19 that check was printed the day prior and will be mailed any day. Two weeks later, still nothing - no... read more
They're always good to me and treat me well.
Everyone was great
The staff is very caring and very kind. My dad has never felt more comfortable in a hospital. I wish the world would be as nice as all the caretakers were today. Thank you so much, we're so grateful.
