Tom Snider lost some of our beneficiary checks and messaged me 2 years later saying his secretary lost them and I could pay him more money to resolve the matter. Not sure how he didn’t have them documented in the first place and paid out when we closed the case. He took a ton of money and would not stand behind his work. He let me pick up the 5 checks tallying close to $9,000 that were wrote to the estate. Not sure how this is legal and he didn’t take care of this matter. Very disappointed!!
