Jim is really absolutely a fine gem . He’s a great mechanic and knows what’s up! We’ve taken 3 vehicles to him over the past 5 years and he has always been fair and professional in his communications and pricing . We are grateful to keep coming back to someone who knows what they are doing . We will drive across country to come to Jim and we do!

We were 2 1/2 hours away from home when the starter went out in our Honda Pilot. AAA only allowed us 100 miles for a tow, and we were prepared to spend the additional $400 on a tow back to grants pass, but with six of us it complicated the matter as we all couldn't all ride in the wrecker, which meant some of us had to stay behind over the weekend.
