Do not deal with this company. They are horrendous. I placed an order with them, and after three weeks I finally received it, only to discover that I was sent the wrong item. They never returned my calls, or resoved this issue or me. Absolute fraud.
If you're an artist...DO NOT USE Band Merch / Topspin. They owe me over $1k from past orders that fans paid them for. The orders were all sent by my team on my bill... I never got the revenue. Their site (Topspin) is also basically non-functional. View statements (FAIL), send email blasts to fans (FAIL), update payment methods (FAIL), customer service (FAIL...they won't return my emails). Do yourself a favor...STAY AWAY.
