Extremely communicative every step of the way, from parts selection, shipping, installation, and changing costs. They had great knowledge on all parts and their suggestions made complete sense. Installation itself was very clean, obviously highly professional and great attention to detail. They'll do whatever they can to save you money and make sure the job is done right at the same time. Can't recommend them enough. Feels like I got a new car all over again!
Bandit Offroad provided me with great customer service from beginning to end. They guided me through choosing the right parts for my Jeep and explained everything along the way from ordering parts to installation. After installation the technician took time to explain how everything works and ensured I was happy with my setup. So to start off i have never let anyone ever work on my car or truck. We'll i have a 99 jeep tj and needed the transmission replaced. And I was getting some outrageous quotes from other shops. These guys did the job for half what everyone else was asking for. Not only that. They pretty much had it done in a day. These guys enjoy what they do and it shows. They have a passion for off-road and everything with it. They won't over charge you for BS and they work with what you want or what you are trying to do.
Best shop in New England!! No games no double talk, you want aftermarket parts they will hook you up! Installed a grill guard and a winch on my Ram and its perfect!!! Highly recommend!! Be back soon for a lift!!
Brian and the Rest of the crew were so helpful and patient as they helped me create a Jeep build that was perfect for me. The listened to my questions, concerns, budget, and helped create options that catered to what I wanted, what worked for my vehicle and what would perform the best.
