Extremely communicative every step of the way, from parts selection, shipping, installation, and changing costs. They had great knowledge on all parts and their suggestions made complete sense. Installation itself was very clean, obviously highly professional and great attention to detail. They'll do whatever they can to save you money and make sure the job is done right at the same time. Can't recommend them enough. Feels like I got a new car all over again!
Had a wonderful experience with Bandit OffRoad! The staff was extremely responsive and helped me with a great setup on my Nissan Pathfinder! Even though my vehicle has limited aftermarket options not on the standard vehicle list, they made sure to help me find parts that would work. The bull bar and pod lights they installed was done with high-quality workmanship and helped me tremendously on an overnight drive in 5 hours of rainstorms. For any off-road modifications in the NH area, this is the place to go!
Bandit Offroad provided me with great customer service from beginning to end. They guided me through choosing the right parts for my Jeep and explained everything along the way from ordering parts to installation. After installation the technician took time to explain how everything works and ensured I was happy with my setup. I purchased a 2024 Toyota Tundra in February and knew I wanted to lift it right away. What initially drew me to this shop was the reviews and it being a one stop shop. What I mean by that is they could order the parts, the tires, trim for fitment, any other sort of metal fabrication, mount and balance the tires, etc. Most places around my area either didn’t have the ability to balance, trim liners, or do any sort of metal fabrication. Couldn't be more happier with this shop. They helped me figure out a correct lift with tires and rims that would fit my truck. Everything came out excellent! Would absolutely recommend Bandit Offroad to anyone looking to modify their vehicle. My truck looks awesome!
